Biography

Phoenix James is an actor based in New York City. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, he attended the Alabama School of Fine Arts, where he trained in theatre from 2019 to 2024. He is currently studying in the Drama Department at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. Phoenix has appeared in stage productions and films and has experience behind the camera, having directed, produced, edited, and worked on independent short films. He has pursued performance since his first school musical in elementary school and continues to develop his craft in both theatre and film.
